There’s something special about putting your hands to work on something you love. It connects and grounds you to the process of creating with and exploring the different materials and fibers in a way that gives you more respect and curiosity for the materials used and the process itself.

I have two adult children and a wonderful husband who supports all my interests. My current “day job” is an Early Education teacher at Boise State University and I am currently working on my Bachelor’s degree. I enjoy being outside, spending time with my family, and snuggled up on the couch watching movies and knitting with my kitties.

Project bags tailored to what you want and need! I offer a variety of sizes and styles from large to small zippered bags with a lanyard-type handle as well as large to small cinch bags with a simple handle and rope drawstrings. I love a good pocket, and the main reason I started to sew my own bags, so each bag boasts at least one pocket, if not more! Except the notions bag, they are just too small to include a pocket but they do have a side clip. All bags are reinforced with either a light or heavy weight interfacing to give stability and each bag has a box-like bottom so that they stand up on their own. Fabrics are chosen by me and all bags are sewn by me as well. I take pride in what fabrics I choose, how I pair them, and the finished product brings me great joy. Part of that joy comes from sewing with a variety of fabrics that I do not buy in bulk. Know that the bags you see are limited and that makes them special!

With my love of knitting, yarn bags, and all things fiber, recently I have jumped on the gnome train and have started dying small batches of mini and full skeins that are just perfect for creating gnomes, socks, shawls, and cowls, or anything really! Inspiration is taken by what is around me as I dive into a world of color and fiber. Pick up your favorite, grab a few, or create a beautiful bouquet!

“The yarns are vibrant and I haven’t had any fading when I soak and block. I have many project bags, some zipper and some drawstring. Every one of them is sturdy and well made. My favorite bag maker!”
